This class is for the Advanced ESL students enrolled in the morning and evening class. This will be an online class due to the COVID-19 virus. Please look at the assignments listed for each week! Great response in our online class!

I wanted to congratulate you for all your hard work these past few days! Today is the last day to finish the assignments for the week! I will still be checking on emails and text messages on Friday!

Google Meet!

Our first online meeting was a success! Sorry if you weren't able to attend. We had a great meeting! I hope that you were able to get some questions answered!
 
We will have our next Google Meet this Thursday at 10:00 a.m. I will email you the invitation. Please say yes on the invitation so I know you will be coming to the meeting! Have a great day!

There's been such a great response for tomorrow's online video meeting! Thank you for accepting the invitation! Please become familiar with Google Meet!!! Open it up in your computer! Then at 9:00 am or 7:00 pm depending on which class you're in, you're going to click on the link in the email I sent you! And I will let you in!!! 

First day online!

Welcome to the first day of school! Did you receive my emails? Do the English Club phrasal verb and idiom first and then email me your answers for the quizzes! After that do the Soft Skill which I just posted! Make sure you read the Newsela article and watch the video and do the quiz in Engvid!

Going online!

Dear ESL Advanced morning and evening students,
 
We'll be going online Monday for instruction and classes! An announcement will be made concerning the official start! I will be communicating to you through email.
 
I will also be communicating once or twice a week through Google Meet so please make sure you have Google Chrome on your phone or device.
 
I have a new phone number where you can leave me voice messages and texts! I will not be receiving direct calls. The number is (951) 292 - 4254.
 
My office online hours will be from 9:00 - 10:00 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays for questions and help for the morning class and 7:00 - 8:00 pm for the evening class.

Good news!!! If you don't have wifi for your cell phone, please call your carrier (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, etc.) and ask for it! It's FREE right now!
