Adult Transition Program

Our Adult Transition Program consists of students with various disabilities, with ages ranging from 18-22 years of age.  The students enrolled will focus on specific skills to ensure that they are productive and contributing members of our community. We will work on essential skills that are vital to young adults transitioning to adulthood.  We will work on the students becoming as independent, with support in place, as needed.  These skills include social behaviors, communication, mobility, independent living, functional academics, technology, pre-employment, and employment. To enroll, please contact Beaumont Unified School District.
