Adult Transition Program

Our Adult Transition Program serves students with disabilities ages 18 to 22, focusing on essential skills that empower young adults to transition successfully into adulthood. Through individualized support, students work toward gaining greater independence as active, contributing members of our community. Program activities include social behaviors, communication, mobility, independent living, functional academics, and technology. To prepare for real-life work situations, students visit local community sites and complete small jobs on-location to gain practical work experience.
