HEERF / CARES ACT Student and Institution Grant Reports

Beaumont Adult School, OPE ID 03999300, received $78477 in CARES Act funds ROUND ONE to provide Emergency Financial Aid Grants to students enrolled in our Title IX-eligible Vocational Nursing program.

 

(1)    Beaumont Adult School signed and returned to the Department the Certification and Agreement and has used 100 percent of the funds received under Section 18004(a)(1) of the CARES Act to provide Emergency Financial Aid Grants to Students.

 

(2)    Beaumont Adult School received $78477 in CARES Act funds to provide Emergency Financial Aid Grants to students enrolled in our Title IX-eligible Vocational Nursing program.

 

(3)    The total amount of Emergency Financial Aid Grants distributed to students under Section 18004(a)(1) of the CARES Act was $78477.

 

(4)    There were 109 students eligible to participate in programs under Section 484 in Title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965 and thus eligible to receive Emergency Financial Aid Grants to Students under Section 18004(a)(1) of the CARES Act.

 

(5)    The total number of students who have received an Emergency Financial Aid Grant to students under Section 18004(a)(1) of the CARES Act was 109. 

 

(6)    Each eligible student enrolled in the vocational nursing program between March 16, 2020, and September 2, 2020, received an equal distribution in the amount 0f $719.98. 

 

(7)    Eligible students were notified in person and contacted via email to verify mailing addresses prior to the distributions checks being sent to their confirmed address of record.

Beaumont Adult School, OPE ID 03999300, received $78477 in CARES Act funds ROUND TWO to provide Emergency Financial Aid Grants to students enrolled in our Title IX-eligible Vocational Nursing program.

(4)    There were 72 students eligible to participate in programs under Section 484 in Title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965 and thus eligible to receive Emergency Financial Aid Grants to Students under Section 18004(a)(1) of the CARES Act.

 

(5)    The total number of students who have received an Emergency Financial Aid Grant to students under Section 18004(a)(1) of the CARES Act was 72. 

 

(6)    Each eligible student enrolled in the vocational nursing program between September 3, 2020, and March 1, 2021, received an equal distribution in the amount 0f $1,089.96. 

 

(7)    Eligible students were notified in person and contacted via email to verify mailing addresses prior to the distributions checks being sent to their confirmed address of record.

Beaumont Adult School, OPE ID 03999300, received $78477 in CARES Act funds ROUND THREE to provide Emergency Financial Aid Grants to students enrolled in our Title IX-eligible Vocational Nursing program.

 

(1)    Beaumont Adult School signed and returned to the Department the Certification and Agreement and has used 100 percent of the funds received under Section 18004(a)(1) of the CARES Act to provide Emergency Financial Aid Grants to Students.

 

(2)    Beaumont Adult School received $292,324.02 in CARES Act funds to provide Emergency Financial Aid Grants to students enrolled in our Title IX-eligible Vocational Nursing program.

 

(3)    The total amount of Emergency Financial Aid Grants distributed to students under Section 18004(a)(1) of the CARES Act was $292,324.02.

 

(4)    There were 69 students eligible to participate in programs under Section 484 in Title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965 and thus eligible to receive Emergency Financial Aid Grants to Students under Section 18004(a)(1) of the CARES Act.

 

(5)    The total number of students who have received an Emergency Financial Aid Grant to students under Section 18004(a)(1) of the CARES Act was 69. 

 

(6)    Each eligible student enrolled in the vocational nursing program between March 30, 2021, and June 1, 2021, received an equal distribution in the amount 0f $4,236.58. 

 

(7)    Eligible students were notified in person and contacted via email to verify mailing addresses prior to the distributions checks being sent to their confirmed address of record.
